LB25 (2007)

Was instrumental in getting amendment AM231 written and adopted (03-08-2007), which delayed the effective date of the bill until such a vaccine was actually available. This changed the bill from a backdoor ban to what the bill actually claimed to be in the first place: to simply require so-called "wolf hybrids" to be vaccinated the same as regular dogs.
